Today my hubbie spent most of the day in the kitchen - bless him!
He made Fairy Cupcakes by request (Emma & Sophie helped). We all had a go at decorating them
with yummy cream cheese icing & sprinkles.
And some "giant" Anzac biscuits! Lest we forget.

I heard mentioned on abc radio yesterday, that anzac biscuits should have no coconut in them. Does your recipe have coconut?
ReplyDeleteOh really, I didn't know that. Yes my hubbie got the recipe from www.taste.com.au and it does have coconut in it.
ReplyDeleteNo, well I've always used the Central Cookery Book recipe which has coconut. One day I well test this theory.
